89th edition of Know India Programme (KIP)

The Know India Programme (KIP), launched in 2003–04, is a flagship initiative of this Ministry aimed at strengthening the engagement and connecting the young members of the Indian diaspora with their ancestral roots while providing them an opportunity to experience and appreciate contemporary India's remarkable growth and development across diverse sectors as the country progresses towards Viksit Bharat @2047.


89th edition of Know India Programme (KIP) is for the Cohort of 'Scholars and Innovators' who are both NRIs and PIOs in the age group of 18-23 years age group. Under this edition, 25 youth members of the Indian diaspora, including PIOs, OCIs and NRIs, will be invited to visit India for the two-week Programme from 15 to 29 September 2026.


Duly completed Application Form (in Ms. Word format only), along with educational qualification certificate(s), passport, recent passport-size colour photograph, PIO/OCI Card or NRI certificate, as applicable, and other relevant documents, may kindly be sent to com1.tallinn@mea.gov.in on or before 27 August 2026.
