Applicant is advised to apply for issue of PCC well ahead of time as issue of PCC would only be done after due police verification. To apply for a PCC, you need to submit the following:

• Duly filled and printed online application form (https://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/mission/)  with two ink signatures (first page below the photo and last page in signature box). Please mention the correct Indian address for police verification purpose.
  
• One square shape colour photos, size 2 inch x 2 inch(51 mm X 51 mm). 
  
• Self-attested copies of first and last page of your current passport
  
• Self-attested copies of your residence permit (both sides)/ DVisa 
  
• If your address is different from that of your passport, you are required to submit self-attested additional document as proof of residence in India.
  
• Proof of payment (Fee-receipt). Payment by bank transfer only.
