Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in collaboration with Routes 2 Roots (R2R) and UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU), has launched International Online Classes of Indian Performing Arts for the Indian Diaspora, international students / alumni of ICCR, and foreign nationals, at a very nominal fee.
